Hi, I am posting a question for my friend.

Being in Canada right now, he applied for independent immigration at Warszawa consulate.
At some some time he got an answer to wait till December 2000 to receive an answer about
time of interview etc. Now is March, and still no answer. He tried to enquire about status
of his application, but was unable to get in touch with anybody. He was sending faxes to 3
different numbers, but no luck, faxes didn't go through.

My question is if anybody could provide a reliable contact phone/fax number in Warszawa
and give any idea about what's going on there, what are processing times, any help
appreciated.
