Question on Pilot Project

Hii all..
We're applying under this centralized processing pilot project. We sent it in the first
week of January 2001. But until today (two months already)..we haven't heard anything from
them, no AOR either. When we called, they say they haven't even started looking at our
application although they have already received it. The CIC official web site says, AOR
will be issued within one month. Now, should we just wait or we make several calls to them
again later ?...Any body has experience on this ?.. Whatever information will be greatly
appreciated.

Hi:
It is not unusual to receive an AOR letter 16 to 20 weeks from the day you mailed your
application in.
If CIC indicates that they have received your application, you should receive the AOR
letter relatively soon. The best thing to do is just patiently wait for your AOR letter.
