Confused. Need your input!
I live in MA.Why asked me to interview in LA,but not NY or Detroit. Just wanted to give me a hard time? I am confused.

The officer in Bufflo may select one city from NY, Detroit, LA and Seattle. It may be different from the city you choose.

Nope. Quite opposite - instead of waiting longer your file was sent to
consulate with lower workload at the time.
