Confused - Which form??
Sending off our final set of forms & outstanding docs today to our solicitor in Toronto. Which "Use of a Representative" form do we fill out 5476E or 5476B?
My solicitor has asked for "B" but the CHC states "E" !! The only difference I can see is that my representative has to make a declaration on form "E".....
