Hi,

Me and my boyfriend are hoping to send our applications this weekend, but one thing is bugging me.

We've been living together for over a year so have decided to do a joint application. We're both equally qualified.

If we broke up, would I be able to go to Canada on my own or would I need the principle applicant there.

Principal applicant must land before dependants or together with dependants. If principal applicant doesn't land then dependants can't land at all.
