Default coming to canada with BC Tech pilot

Hi guys,

So, I am looking to come through using the BC tech pilot program, and if I understood it correctly, I will initially get a work permit - I can come and start working after that point and PR would be issued in a few more months. Or I can wait and arrive with PR? any examples on these timelines also would really help.

I also wanna get some clarity on the PR - after I get the PR, am I eligible to change employment as I please/ setup my own company / freelance etc.... if not, what type of period am i bound to with the employer?
I've heard from some people, where their PR got revoked and things like that - although that was for completely different things, and I don't want to do anything to mess up.

Cheers
