Yes, that’s an AOR. Your application number may be on that email? Will start with a C followed by several digits i.e C98765432. Or you should be able to sign in to your account if you applied online and find it there.

Just received an invite to the ceremony for Wednesday 21 June, that's 13 months after starting the process.

Thank you for that - I have checked every detail on all emails but do not have that Cxxxxxxxxxxx. I am concerned as people who have applied late than I are well ahead in the process and I have not heard a stitch from them. Do you know how and where to send a case specific email to them as I should be able to at least track how my application is doing? Thanks again for all your good expert knowledge - neil

if you google send a case specific enquiry it comes up on one of the immigration canada sites you can send your enquiry with your UCi number its on your permanent resident card or your landing papers i did this recently and they replied that my application was progressing fine and they had all the information they needed from me

Now a Canadian citizen. Sat in a room with 100 people from 42 countries in Mississauga. Next day I tested positive for covid. Be careful and take precautions if vulnerable.

After 18 months of hearing nothing I sent a specific case email back in June. A week later I got a standard 'we are sorting through email so shut up' - not quite their words to be honest. Then 1 week later everything happened at once and last week went through the citizenship ceremony. Just glad its all done now - but thanks to everyone here who helped me on the way.
