Change of Destination
On our IMM 5292 forms, that came back with the passports and visas, is the destination that we originally put on on the IMM 0008 form (where do you intend to live in Canada) We put Fredericton but we are now seriously looking at Calgary given that job prospects are probably better.
So my question is will we get questioned about this if we landed in Calgary?
Regards,

Hi
As long as you didn't apply under the Provincial Nomination Program, you can land/live where ever you wish except to "land" in Quebec, without a CSQ

No, that will be fine. We originally applied to land in BC, but then decided on NB. When we had to update our information we noted the change of destination, but CIC didn't change it on our records, we asked them about this and they said it didn't matter. We landed in NB with no problems :-)
