Default Change of Address-Expts Pls Adv Urgent

Hello,

I applied for immigration from CIC, Buffalo, NY. Got my AOR.
Currently I am in the east coast, but will be moving to India for a
few months and will return by the end of this year. As of result of
which I have to inform the CIC of my change of address. I plan to
give an address in Texas. I have a couple of queries regarding this:

1. Communicating the change of address: Is it better sending CIC a fax
or change it online?

2. If I move from East Coast to any other regions in the US, how does
it affect my immigration process (file transfer, interview location
and time line)?

Please advise.

Thanks, Raj

1. You cannot change address online for applications processed outside
Canada. Use fax.

2. Irrelevant.
