Umm no, that's not your CRS score, that's the FSW grid score - which you will need a minimum of 67 points to be able to apply under FSW

Do check it again for EACH of you - and do it a) as if you wanted to apply now and b) if you were to apply after a year of being here - assume you have top marks for language testing; assume you have had your ECA done; that you have top marks for work experience (check your NOC's); that you have the minimum funds and that you have a job offer (because that may be a possibility even now for your husband)

Your CRS score will be in the hundreds.. so check that out after, using both of you and both scenarios again - so you can see if it's worth spending all that money or if you could perhaps try and get a job offer to increase points enough to be able to enter the pool and get an invite!
