hi our trade app has been received since april first to sydney then ottawa. We are now in Toronto , can you actually go to Ottawa and make an appointment at the office to speak to someone for a " real" update as we keep seeing newsletters of trade applicants who now have PR.

Hi do you mean by guessing you are guessing? Thanks may try faxing my query as seem to just get a generic reply to emails

CIC offices dont do walk ins and only certain offices take appointments. My guess is that CPP Ottawa does not do appointments.

Except that FSW (Trades) is not a temporary resident visa application, it's a Permanent Residence Stream.
