Default Can i still claim to have High proficiency even...

I got following marks in IELTS

reading: 7.5
listning: 7.0
writing: 6
speaking: 8

I have previously mailed my application with the proof of language
profeciency and has claimed high profeciency in all 4 department. Now
as (Mr. Miller said) i dont NEED to send the updated schedule-3, this
will bring me to the point where I am claiming high profeciency in all
4 department while my IELTS scores says otherwise. Will this be a
problem?

Its been after 4-5 years i was writing anything on paper and not
typing it on computer, so i know i messed up my writing test because
of my bad writing. Now question is

Can i send updated schedule-3 with still claiming to be high in all 4
department (questions 5 of schedule 3) and selecting YES in questions
6 (IELTS test taken) and sending a letter explaning why i got score 6
in writing ? OR i have to STRICTLY select the option in profeciency
level according to my IELTS scores?

You will have points for language awarded accordingly to your IELTS test
results, no matter what you claim in the application.
