CAN EMPLOYER APPLY FOR LMO IN PERSON?
We thought that the employer had to apply for LMO by post, and that in Ontario it takes approximately 4-5 week. However employer has said that he & his lawyer have completed the form(s) and that he is going to the office in person, and would hopefully have the LMO within a few days.
Can anyone clarify on this?
