This is for those who understand the CAIPS note codes.
What does this mean:
Paper file sent to :RO
BF File to: RO6 on 30-01-2006
Also some of the last lines within the notes read:
FOSS NO ENF 6 Nov 2006
FUNDS OK
READY FOR PPT
Does that mean they will send out the passport request? So what is holding them from sending it if the file is complete?

Hi there,
Although I may not be 100% correct my understanding is as follows:
Paper file sent to :RO ---- File sent to Regional Office
BF File to: RO6 on 30-01-2006 ---- File Brought Forward for review on 30/01/06
Also some of the last lines within the notes read:
FOSS NO ENF 6 Nov 2006 (Field Operations Support System - I think this is used to track applicants in the system, i.e. providing links to existing work permits etc.).
FUNDS OK (FUNDS - Self explanatory).
READY FOR PPT (Assuming this means ready for Passport - most likely PPR - Passport Request).
These are just my assumptions, I will leave it up to the experts to provide absolute clarity.

Thanks for the reply. On another note, across all pages the STATUS shows 1 for CRIM while it is blank for SEC.
And under the case validity dates, CSQ/CAQ, PPT, SEC, DEC are all blank.
Can one of the experts enlighten me what this means? I can assume but assumptions is the mother of all goofups.
Thanks
