Buffalo timeline for Family class immi
I sponse my mum to immi here. Hand in the application Aug, 2002. Do
medical and police clearance Oct, 2002. After that, I have got no info
from them till now. It is already been 7 months. Anybody know the
current timeline in Buffalo?
Any info welcomed.

huh, that seems a bit much.
my husband did the medical end of December 2002, and he got his passport back with visa end of april 2003. I guess it depends on the background checks.

Spousal applicants receive a higher priority than parents, so their
processing times are longer. Buffalo sites says 5-12 months after medical.
