Biometrics letter - principal applicant
Hello again!
We finally received our biometrics letter, however only the principal applicant received it. We paid a family biometrics fee upon submission of the permit application. Does anyone know if this is standard? Or should each individual get a separate letter?
thanks in advance!

Re: Biometrics letter - principal applicant
Hi Souxie,
Sorry - the questions asked in each thread are different. We did finally get a letter but only one for principal applicant. We think there may have been a glitch in the system. As we paid only one fee for biometrics as a family and the instruction letter has gone to the one of who paid the family fee.
Was wondering if this was a common occurance and if anyone else had had a similar situation. They could maybe let us know if it was resolved.
I'm worried it's caused an error by registering no biometric fee against my husbands file and therefore no letter will be generated. It's very difficult not being able to just ring up and speak to someone.
