Some tactics used by lawyers may be valuable. Some may have to do with true legal
issues and others may be the miscarriage of justice.

Immigration is not a legal proceeding, it is an administrative one. There are still
rules of fair play and somewhat less of these tactics.

The last I heard, that there was only one Jesus Christ, the one from the Bible, never
knew he conversed with humans via newsgroups. Sounds like an arb way to communicate.
With that being said, lets keep this newsgroup for discussions on immigration to
Canada, and not the belittleing of others, even if they clearly are in the wrong.

that my 2p hehe

have a nice day.

What is so repulsive about BERTO is he claim to be the 'DIRECTOR, OPIC EDUCATION
COMITTEE CHAIRMAN.'

Is the Chairman or Director of OPIC EDUCATION COMMITTEE?

What's the thruth?

He does not even know the difference between Employment Authorization and Visa. Now,
he is claiming administrative law is not a legal matter because rules and standards
are different.

Tell us the difference between EA and visa?

Tell us the difference between immigration and adminsitrative law?

It's your knowledge of these issues that concerns us. You are benefitting from
immigrants monetarily but your posts indicate your knowledge in the subject of
immigration is not sufficient or questionable.

Misleading the public is also an offense. A serious immigration offense.

It's easy to refer this matter to CANADA IMMIGRATION other regulatory authorities.

Read this again, Berto

Employment Authorization is not a visa. Got that?

=====================

The fact that you have made a PR application should not affect the decision on a
temporary entry visa such as EA. Again, you never know. Not all officers appreciate
the dual intent principle.

"Immigration is not a legal proceeding."

Shove that piece back where it came from. You're giving OPIC a bad rap. Do you want
this piece in the press or the law society?

That's wonderful, when did you pass. Did you top any of the modules. I = suppose
someone ass cleaver as you topped them all.

I don't think I will take the course. Once was enough. Did quite well = for the work
I put into it. Found it a little elementary though.

I am quite pleased with the direction of the proposed Act, especially = with respect
to the practioner. Particularly, if the hard work of OPIC = (www.opic.org) over the
decade pays off and licensing is finally brought = about.

That would take all you wannabes and preposters such as travel agents = and former
grocery store owners out. Opps. Have I offended you or some = of your friends?

Still haven't seen your post regarding your qualification on anything. = Much less
immigration matters.

Berto, don't waste your time on this nonsense. You should be proud to be a target of

People often confuse anonymity with untraceability. I believe that a call to the BC
offices of Excite@Home can unearth our friend "kurakot".

On the other hand, why bother?

Here's a free consultation for you. Since you are using Outlook Express, try these
keystrokes in succession: alt-t, r, n, <down-arrow>, <space>, <tab>, <space>, <tab,
<down-arrow>, <enter>, k, u, r, a, k, o, t, <enter>, <enter>, <enter>. Guaranteed to
save you aggravation or your money back!

Here's another free consultation. Redo your web site and throw out the Active/X
stuff. You are losing the visitors that use browsers that don't support Active/X. I
could recommend a good web design company but I'd like to keep this newsgroup free of
advertisements. Email me if you're interested.

Best regards, Alex.
