I'm citizen of Belarus. I'm suppose to apply for in warsaw, Poland as this is post
for Belarus. However now I ve been to canada for over 1 year on work permit. I am
planning to apply for PR. Do I have to apply via Warsaw or I can aply to Bufflo? Does
applying in Bufflo affect have any harm effect on my application. I've read that
applying to out of jurisdiction post could extend waiting time and decrease
probability of interview waiver? i would appreciate any opinions

If you currently reside in Canada on the Employment Authorization then Buffalo is the
proper visa post for you and you'll be applying from within Buffalo's jurisdiction.
