Hi-
From my understanding, now you can only apply at Buffalo if you are living
in the U.S. (am I correct?) Is there anyone with any kind of idea(even
vague?) how this will affect the processing time at Buffalo? It seems like a
lot of people outside of the U.S. are applying through Buffalo, and I'm just
hoping once Buffalo handles all the applications they have already(Seems
like a lot judging from people's complaints), they will be back on track.

Also, is there anyone who actually used common-law partner or conjugal
partner successfully?
