after lending
Hi,
I already landed in Canada but I still have some questions. In the US, you have to give a tip, at least 15% of total cost, to a servant. I ate in the Italian restorant and I left a tip but the waitress looked at me with a surprise. How does it work in Canada? I thought Canada is like US.
Also, drivers are turning left on red light. I did once in front of the police car. Nobody stopped me so far. Funny? aan
When I have time, I will share my experience with you.
Thanks in advance

Hi Bold
Usual tip is 15/20% for good service. You can only turn left on a red light if you are turning from a two way street onto a one way st. You can turn right on a red light if you stop first. (It usta be that you couldn't in Quebec, but I think the law changed)
