Hi all,

This may have been asked before but I couldn't find anything.
What is the difference between an AEO and and the LMO I am currently applying as a FSW but will be travelling to Canada in July hoping to secure a Job offer and wondered which of the above would apply to me.

LMO allows you to obtain a work permit and work in Canada.
AEO is that the employer will employ you once you become a PR.

Thanks PMM, that sounds like the way I need to go, do I go about getting that the same way as say a job offer then LMO, sorry about the questions just wondering really if employers would be more willing to go for the AEO with the economic climate being what it is, as I said I'm going over in July to see what I can sort out!!
