Advice regarding medicals - for WP and PR
My wife has received positive LMO from HRDC, and now can go for medicals.
However, there is a little complexity.... we are expecting our IA letter for our PR sometime very soon. Hopefully if this comes through soon, there will be a meds request for the PR as well.
So, my questions are:
1) are the meds the same for work permit and PR ? i.e. process and forms.
2) does spouse have to undertake meds for work permit (job is in healthcare hence need for meds).
3) can we have one set of meds for both WP and PR (thus saving one set of meds fee) with spouse having to undertake one med for PR.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi
Yes meds for WP and PR are different. Northernbird, you need a med for a WP if the job involves, children, medical, food handling etc.
