Default advice needed

hi all
i havent posted to much on here as yet,so here goes.
i would like some advice on what visa might be best to apply for.
i am a plasterer but i have no formal qualifications. i served my time with my father who was a contractor and have been in my trade for over 20 years now.
i have a lot of family in canada. i would be looking for a visa for me (42),my wife who is a little younger, 3 children 19, 16 and 11.
so that me. any advice on options would be great.

1. You need to find if you can somehow gain formal credentials based on your documented experience; and

2. you should find job in Canada.
