Question Additional family information form

Just a couple of questions about Additional family information form if anyone can help please.

1. Is it just the principal applicant that must complete this form,
ie: all info on the one sheet or do we need one for spouse also ?

2. Do we need same forms for our two kids aged 23 and 20 who are not accompanying us.
Son 23 is settled in RAF and daughter 20 at uni for another 2 years and happy to stay in UK for now.

We are including a notarized letter stating daughter 20 years old would have to apply herself later if she chose to and we understand we cant sponsor her.

Thought I had it all ready to post until I read everything over again.

Thanks a lot, was just thinking nobody was going to reply.
That's put my mind at ease.
Will be posting application on Monday.
