Hello,

I had applied for Canadian residency in Dec 2003. I recd. a request to
go for my medical examination. We had son on November, 2004.

I wanted to know how do we add him to the process and what forms, fees
and documents do we need to mail them. That brings to the other
questions, what stage do we add him.

Where did you get your time machine from?

Any change of family constitution must be immediately reported to visa
post - so, you need to notify visa post and ask for instructions. You will
be required to submit updated application forms, your son's birth
certificate, photos, copy of the passport and CAD 150 application fee.
