Default About file transfer....help

Hi ,

I received a letter from Buffalo that my file has been transferred to Los Angeles California.

It doesn't say anything about any interviews. It only said that my file has been transferred there "to expedite the processing".
What does that mean? Please give me some idea?

Also if the e-client shows status "In process" . How much time it takes to get the letter from CIC ?

thanks .

It only means that file has been transferred to LA. Processing officer in LA
will decide if interview is needed or not.
