6 months deadline ?

6 months deadline ?
Dear Mr Miller or similar
We have read on previous threads that CHC London can be contacted by fax for information about status of application after receiving AOR if no assessment has been issued within 6 months.
Where does it say officially about contacting after 6 months has elapsed?
My AOR says "do not make representations on time frames unless they have been significantly exceeded" from receipt of application to interview notification. Within 15-20 months.
Is it acceptable to send a fax after 6 months or leave it until 20 months ?
Thank you for any responses.

You should wait to enquire. They will not reply before their published
