4 section TOEFL from Sep 2005

TOEFL is going to be changed more in the lines of
IELTS from Sep 2005.
Like IELTS it will have 4 sections.
It remains to be seen whether CIC will recognize TOEFL
now as the old reason of not having 4 sections is
void.
Since TOEFL has many more centers in North America
unlike in the case of IELTS (which has extremely few
and IELTS taking is major problem in US/Canada)
Now that it will have 4 sections, it makes sense for
CIC to recognize TOEFL from Sep 2005.
