1230 Days later....
.... and we have our PRs!!!
Thanks to everyone who has given us help and support on this forum. After 40months, 13 of which have been in Canada on a TWP, we bolted to the border today to spend approx 30 seconds in the US before coming back into Canada to 'land' as residents.
Its been a tough first year in Canada, especially with the current economy but we've made it through and now finally have the PR to prove it.
Good luck to everyone still waiting. Hopefully the London office will get on top of things and people won't have to wait these sorts of delays in the future.

Re: 1230 Days later....
thanks everyone... good things come to those who wait...(and those who pester the CHC).
Although we both came to Canada a year ago with jobs already arranged, it certainly didnt seem to speed anything up.... so no fast tracking for us.
But we're here now eh!
