Willows Suitable for Basket Making!
#16
Hi, it is unusual to come on a Hungarian forum with an opening sentence suggesting that Slovenians are superior to Hungarians, especially considering the history and ongoing animosity.
Mike was not in Hungary and therefore I do not get the need for the comparison between Slovenian and Hungarian basket makers, I believe you know Mike from the previous forum?
Mike clearly states that he was growing the cuttings on in pots until they found a property to plant them.

Hi, I know and what can you do! There's a few tolls about at the moment and it's silly really. If certain folk think this forum is nonsense and rubbish then they should stay away instead of having a few too many and trying to stir up trouble - not referring to simplysafe, I think he came from the old Slovenian forum.
Anyhow, willows are fine, a few died back due to the heat but have only lost one so far. Some are planted up and the rest are shaded under the walnut tree - will send you photos in a few weeks when they are all planted.
Hope you have settled now and that things are looking up, best of luck to you both
