We use the Telekom Domino Fix, it is a prepay SIM. You can then add an unlimited data subscription, 30 days 9900ft ( at the moment).
This automatically renews if you have sufficient balance on the SIM. You can cancel it anytime, online. If you don't have sufficient balance it will pause until you top up.
Getting a SIM is not straightforward in Hungary so you will have to show suitable ID in person if you do not have a Hungarian ID card.
It works for us, perhaps others can suggest other (better) options.
