Had you asked me this time last year, there was a castle for sale for less than 100,000 euro at auction - it's now on the open market for (cough cough) 330,000 euro
Have you seen the old millhouse in the centre of Tapolca - past the mill restaurant, it's more than 100,000 but been on the market for a while so might accept an offer?
