Yes, I understand what you mean. In my case it didn't matter, the transaction was very informal and the payee got about 600 forints more than requested.
There is the facility to send an exact amount of forints, but as you pay them your sterling equivalent first, I don't know how that's done.
Most of the time I will be just transferring money from my UK account to my Hungarian one so there will be no issue for me. I will use them again as the exchange rate used is the mid market rate less a small fee - £2.85 for the £570 I transferred. (0.5 %) I haven't seen better anywhere else.
