Does anyone know a good Hungarian website which points you to English courses in the UK? A Hungarian nephew wants to come here for a week to improve on his English but looking at English websites in UK I can't find anything useful! From what I have read on some courses here the classrooms are a bit small or grotty!

If you are Hungarian and you want to learn English, there is a lot to be said for going to an English language school where there are no other Hungarians. Just a thought!

I think the nephew would prefer local (London Borough of Bromely) or Central London.

This is my main concern. Anyway, things are a bit quiet as to whether he still wants to come here to improve his English or not. At this point in time he's trying to decide whether to study at a university in Berlin or London. I think he would be better off studying in Scotland where the coures would be free!

Expensive in London and a lot of non-registered i.e. non genuine language schools!

Go for British Council registered schools and then you can't go far wrong. My preference, because I worked and lived there, is Bournemouth, but there are of course schools in Kent, Brighton etc. not too far from London and of course in Cambridge, Oxford etc.
