You should ask at your local Polgarmeisters office they should know. Also check with local churches.

Charity shops as found in the UK don't really exist here. The second-hand clothes shops you see are commercial enterprises, Some supermarkets have collection bins for unwanted clothes. Sometimes the Red Cross will take clothes but you would have to ask at your nearest branch.
