Hi Noni,

Things are rough in India at the moment.
The Monsoon has killed nearly 200 in Andrah Pradesh,
228 dead in Pakistan also.
Deaths reported in Kerala and Mumbai as well.
Goa also hit hard by strong winds and heavy rains.

Anybody out there in India?
Please let us know how you are coping.

Best Regards,
Remy

Cyclone moved through on Friday/Saturday. Last 2 days only showers. Usual trees and power lines down, ie no power for 24 hours and still on/off. Nothing changes! The wind wasn't too severe but there was some flooding.....and warm beer.:curse:

Hi LG,

Thanks for the update. Nice to hear things straight from the horses mouth. Batton down the hatches and hang on in there.
Keep us updated when you get a chance and have a warm bottle of Kings on me.

Cheers, (Karma Given)
Remy

Stopped drinking Kings and Belo. It's the same brewery. Belo took on a bad taste last year and later I had a Kings which tasted identical. Kingfisher is more consistent and they're all cold now.

It's the Belo and Kings, causing the wind.

They put the wind in the bottle first and then add something not even closely resembling beer.

More flood warnings for this weekend in the UK. Snow in Scotland yesterday!
going now to watch a train journey in the monsoon in India on TV. It seems we are all in the same "boat" this year.

Have just found this video clip.
www.goanvoice.org.uk

Cocobeach gets washed away.

I had heard that Candolim has been hit rather badly this season.
