Unhappy help with the application form online

Help, i filled in my online application, never photocopied
anything, never saved anything.
Now realise ive made a mistake on the online form.
Does anyone know how i can cancel this application.
I have the reference number only.
Ive looked at the website, but cant work out how to cancel
this one, and resubmit another, at a later date.
Thx

Unhappy Re: help with the application form online

Thanks Mikey, managed to cancel.
Any ideas how to get a 5 year x visa, mine expires shortly?.
Sad really, i met all the requirements asked of me to get this visa.
I.E. 10,000pounds in rupees in an Indian bank, 5 year rental agreement etc etc.
Now through no fault of my own, they wont give me another one.
Maybe time to change countries.

Can i ask a silly question, why would they want to know what money you have in an indian bank account, and is that a standard question on the visa form?as if you are coming on holiday here you wouldnt have a bank account anyway!!!!
can you still fill in an ordinary form and send it in the post, and does it have to go to a OS agent? when you have 5 visa forms to fill in it will take forever online!!!!

Last time I visited had no problems with the visa, but this time think there are new questions.
They are asking for referances in India how do I do that. I only want a 6 month one.
Thanks
Sally

Lightbulb Re: help with the application form online

Ive worked out how to get a reply from outsourcing.
Go to the website, contacts, they give you an address for complaints.
I wrote them a stinking letter.
They phoned and e-mailed me back, and answered some of my questions.
Give it a try.

I emailled them about 'X' visas weeks ago - finally got an answer:
