Default Hello - and looking for estate agent advice

Hi

First off, let me say hi. I've just joined this forum and it seems to be packed full of info and advice.

My wife and I 'own' an apartment in Florida Gardens, South Goa - as in its still being built. In the time since making the decision to purchase things have changed and we're considering selling it but it seems pretty difficult to find an agent in the UK.

Can anyone advise how best to approach this, or recommend any agents to try?

We bought as persons of Indian Origin as our families are both from India.

Thanks

You may fare better selling it in Goa, unless you can find someone of PIO, NRI or OCI status in the UK to buy it.
Foreigners are not buying in Goa now due to the constant problems they face, however lots of out of state Indians are buying places in Goa so you will possible have a larger market out there.
Good luck

Dread - just my thoughts

By the way Bam Bam welcome to BE.
