Gathering up my strength for tomorrow, beach been very quiet until Friday, to-day our shack had 38 beds out - tomorrow will have to get up at crack of dawn as 'word is out' the beach police are coming to count the sunbeds, it is a long way to run with your bed on your head (do you think they can count up to ten)
especially since they have commandered one of the lifeguards red jeeps to catch the girls. There is going to be somebody squashed lying on the sand before the end of the season the way the jeeps speed up and down. Safer on your sunbed. We are all waiting for them to be bogged down in the sand and of course we being good FN's will rush to help them and dig them out Taxi drivers are finding it extremely hard this year, we have asked twice 'how much' and they have said what will you pay, some work is better than none.

Hope you are not toooooooo cold in blighty - we have a problem tooooo hot fans off! innit

Noni you are nut's girl!!

I have a vision of you running up the beach with your sunbed on your head dodging the red jeep funnya two week holiday in Goa are going for £245.I have never seen flights or holidays to Goa so cheap,Im only sorry we didn't wait now to book we paid £500 just for our flights in June and I thought this was good.I feel a bit sorry for the taxi drivers but maybe this is what they need, a couple of bad seasons.Of course they will blame the credit crunch and not the fact that word is out in Britain that it isn't a safe place now to go and people are trying other places. The flights out to Egypt have not come down and they are encouraging Brits to buy out there free hold no problem, they want us.We almost bought out there it was a toss up between (Egypt on the Red Sea) or Goa. Goa won and we lost out big time Innit. hay!!ho!! you live and learn.Id put your running shoes on tomorrow It can be crippling girol!!!doing a marathon in flip flpos

Have to report, that had arranged a massage as stressed out with all this lying on the beach not to be disturbed I had arranged, if the police came for the sunbeds. to have four sunbedwallahs ready to carry me and my bed into the shack. Of course, they did not come to-day, neither did the man who was coming to measure the shack spaces for those who did not have a license. Apparently they will be having shacks but only within certain measurements!!

Jeep flew up and down the beach a few times, managed to miss those lying in the sand. Lifeguards on patrol were sleeping at the back of a boat in the shade facing away from the sea (is that because they cannot swim)

Beach shack dogs hate the jeep and every time it passes they chase it barking like ......

Heard a UK lady was coming to train the lady lifeguards wonder if the indian ladies will wear swimsuits or sari's. If it is sari's we will be rescuing them.

Life here is a bitch, but somebody has got to keep an eye on things whilst you freeze in old Blighty.

Seriously the girl is from Cornwall 'Pastiewart' and did her Diploma in Sport at Cardiff University, 'taffywart'

Forget the problems of Goa - Life's a Beach and somebody has to sit on it.

Kids said the weather is terrible at home.
