... and I wonder if his letter actually reached the CM (anyone know the address?) or if the Herald is just commenting on the copy he [presumably] sent to them.

Nice idea, but he seems to have lost interest in it a week after being elected.

Busy man!

Shame really as it gave the "impression" he was staying in touch

Wonder how well it would go down if he suddenly got loads of friend requests from foreigners who then publicly bombast him about the great Goa property swindle ????

I bet it would be the fastest closure of a FB account in history

There's nothing particularly eye opening about this letter. Spend a couple of days on Anjuna, and all of this is readily apparent. One night it's Curlies, another it's Hippies etc. The beach vendors know where it's at well in advance. They start setting up their little sandwich and omelet stands in front of the night's venue as soon as the sun begins to set.

Great headline in today's Herald. Kalay residents jubilant after Hitlers arrest ! I wondered where he gone to after he disappeared from Berlin in 1945. The crafty bugger !

Was just going to post the same Noni, if I remember not long back he was meddling in something in India, I would love to see his accounts gone through with a fine tooth comb, now that would be interesting.
I was talking with a Goan chap who owned an apartment block in Baga a few years ago, he took great delight in telling me all about how great Mr Vaz was until I said he was a crook just like his Goan counterparts

These stupid little quirks are without doubt annoying, but in fairness to India doesn't every country have them to a greater or lesser degree?

Imagine trying to assemble a flat pack wardrobe with the instructions in bloody Hindi ! I still have one partially assembled in the cellar. Im leaving it for future historians to discover as a piece of late 20th Century crap furniture. Maybe they work out the instructions and complete it because i gave up 4 years ago !

An interesting little piece, if not very well written.......

The Adopted Ones

http://www.goanvoice.org.uk/

In spite of his "international ramblings" (as always) he is describing Goan ways in Goa. Have personally experienced this sad situation.

The Ferrari is struggling to get out of the dirty air coming off the Force India
Do they bottle it in Bombay and send it to the team wherever they are racing?
