Hi Dennis

I hope for your sake you are either a NRI, PIO or OCI and not a full blown foreign national.
If you are a foreign national, it is worth your while taking a look at the buyer beware thread on here, as foreign nationals are unable to get their deeds registered in any way. Many foreigners are now in dire straits regarding the properties they have bought.

If you are PIO etc, then good luck in your new home in Goa. If not then please be careful.

Regards

Dread

Thank you for your concern and advice. Fortunately I hold OCI status, hence no concerns.
