Hi There,
I have bought at Aldeia de Goa. The hurdles have been crossed. They have recieved their NOC for Phase III (Plots) about 2 weeks ago and were to recieve the NOC for phase V where the Villa and apartments are being built either last week or this week. I have been visiting Goa quite regularly in the last year and this development is the best Goa has to offer. Infact I bought a plot as an investment and have also other properties in Goa as a Holiday home.
For Non Indians to buy one has to discuss the legalities required which the office helps you with. Brig.Puri is a very hounorable man and will help you out. By the way ...If you come across anyone who wants to buy a plot of land to build their own dream home....Do email me or message me as have a 415.5 sq mtr plot to sell at Al Deia de Goa.
FYI the price for a plot their today varies from INR50000 - 60000/- per sq mtr.
Have a good day.
Cheers

hmm - check out the local papers for the last 2-3 weeks, as of today I read that all development there has been put on hold and Secy has been humiliated by the high court for not producing the TCP / Panchyat documents.

Hi All,
Just popped into the Cyber Cafe to try and catch up. Andy you are quite right, with regard to the above. The toads are out on the roads trying to catch the suckers again. The new supermarket in Candolim Newton
has the Goapropertyservices board outside with Steven woods name on. I kick it as I pass each day.

Something else I have seen with my own eyes. A friend has been served a letter from the D of E. asking for all the details which we had to give but just asking her to appear before them in January in Panjim. She only moved into the Apartment a month ago and only has a Sale Agreement! something new.

D of E turned up on our site looking for somebody who had sold two years ago, so they are definately on the track of people. I nearly had a fit when they appeared.
See you all at the party - like everything in Goa I have been waiting for my laptop for 8 days and last night was promised it at 8 then 8.30 10 this morning and now it has not turned up again!!!!!!!

Noni well noffied off:thumbsup:

Certainly is! - I guess she must have Registered the Agreement of Sale (or how would they know about her) - dunno what they can accuse her of though 'cos an A of S doesn't transfer any immovable property!!!
