How did everything seem to you ? Is the development still on track to be completed next December ? Sorry to bombard you I`ve got a thousand questions. But the main thing is did you have a good holiday? Mick and I are from Sheffield and buying a place of our own in Goa has been a dream for a long time. We just need to win the lottery now so we can have long winters in Goa and short summers in England. Once again thanks for posting the photos and hope to hear from you soon. Rose and Mick Hi Rosemary My name is Vijay and my partner is called Tara. we have also bought a place in Villa Maria. Flat G2. cant wait until december. I would love to be updated on your progress with your january trip. we unfortunately cannot go, but will have to choose our colour schemes etc.. via email & phone. This is a message to all other people out there, who have purchased in Villa Maria or any other Acron home. Hope all goes well. But i might also draw your attention to the current political climate in Goa, with overseas buyers of property. I would highly recommend, doing google searches with Goa property law as there is a minister who is cracking down on the 'overload' of foriegn buyers. You can also search this site : there is an article called 'Trouble in paradise' by the Telegraph. I have also queried this with Acron but i seem to be safe, as i am going to apply as a PIO ( Person of Indian Origin ). I don't mean to be negative, but urge all Leaseholder buyers to be a bit more precise with the lagalities, and see what Acron say. Anyway good to make contact with you all. How about we all consider swapping email addresses so we can create a group mailing list, and that way we can all communicate alot easier. regards Vijay |

The build quality is really high compared to some places I viewed,I especially like the marble on the floors. I'm getting a quote from Neville (the site manager) when I go back in Feb '07. This is when any extras can be ordered from a "picking list". I hope you're well and looking forward to going out there... Keith my name is Vijay - also bought a place in Villa Maria G2 ( please see reply to rosemarywright) just saying hello ! Oh, by the way, how do i get to any Pictures of Villa maria on thsi site ? regards Vijay |

As Rosemary said to you, there's 6 of us now! My wife and I will be going to Goa in early January to get a progress report and to arrange for interior decoration (tiles etc.). Whilst we are there, we hope to meet up with Sue and Dave from Newcastle. We'll take a few pictures and post them on the Phot Gallery. Let's keep in touch. Best wishes to you both. Chand and Raziya |

I wondered if any one else had bought properties with Acron or maybe on our development Villa Maria? Our appartment is due to complete December next year any feed back would be apreciated. Rose and Mick. We are Billy and Jackie Brennan and Ray and Sharon O'connell we have bought in Villa Maria D5. Having come back from Goa a few weeks ago we of course went to visit the site. Wonderful location and everything coming along nicely - wondered round village and found a few local restaurants, BAR shops and friendly locals. Two nice beaches about 10mins drive away nice and quiet unlike Calangute and Cadolim now. Hope to get back to Goa late next year or early 2008 to furnish. Found some nice shops in Panjim and Calangute this trip and have already chosen a few things. Look forward to meeting fellow owners some time in the future. Best Regards |
