Working from Germany for existing employer
I'll probably be moving to Germany but continuing to work for my existing employer.
It would be much better to be considered an employee by the German system for healthcare etc.etc.
Are there companies that act as an employment proxy so my current employer doesn't have to be mired in red tape for a single employee?
Something along the lines of:
- my employer pays the proxy company
- the proxy company takes all taxes, charges etc.etc. + their fee for handling all the red tape.
- the proxy company pays me
