Eurotrash - I've always found your posts welcome and constructive. I'm not sure what passed, but I remember once being trolled in these forums, and I read the reply just before someone else (or a Mod) saw it and removed their response. Strangely the person who wrote it has been mostly fine since, but I didn't take it personally because I know there's miserable people out there (in every forum and walks of life!), and if they want to vent then it's their problem, not mine. If anything, I have a degree of pity for them.
