Hi everyone.

I'm just wondering what the process/law is concerning registering a vehicle in France from another EU country.

IE is there any taxes for vehicles owned less than six months like in Spain?

Also what are the VAT implications on pre-owned vehicles? is it like the UK where you can only import a vehicle that is older than six months and has more then 6000KM without having to pay local taxes and then having to reclaim the original tax in the country of origin?

How long does the process take and where does one go?

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
