I absolutely hate shop-bought brisée pastry, very difficult to work, I'm guessing it's down to the heat at the moment, last time I did anything with that must have been in winter.
However, that recipe is a total winner! I over did it on the chilli flakes a teensy bit, but it's really very good.
We learn more each time we try.
