Just to say Cheryl that Cardi's warning is worth heeding. We have a legal prcoess for the garden, it's now almost 2 years and still dragging on.
We are now launching a second process for the coproprieté problems and fortunately took an 'assurance juridique' a few years ago. This however only covers the cost of the avocat and not the administrateur justice who will seize the bank account (we hope).
Still in saying all this, this was our only solution! we had exhausted all the other avenues. Both these men ignore letters recommandé and resist compromise and communication. Their mottos 'I have the right' and 'We don't like foreigners'
