Default MyHouse Electric Gates

Does anyone reading this forum know anything about MyHouse electric gates? I am trying to get hold of a manual so my electrician can sort out a gate problem we have. I have emailed a couple of companies, but as the gate was ordered somewhere in France I thought this site may help. Unfortunately it is a newly acquired house, so have very little info.

We have motorised entrance gates, and also garage doors, but must confess that the name MyHouse didn't ring any bells.
Googling Portique Electrique gives a number of hits, and especially several associated with the name MHouse and Leroymerlin - who would appear to be one of the main suppliers. I note that MHouse make motorised kits, so a visit to one of the Leroymerlin outlets and a word with a tech may reap results.
If it were me, I would note any model number shown on the exterior motor housing cover. If none, remove the cover and look inside for a model number. Once this was known I would search in Leroymerlin for a similar motorized kit, and try and get a copy of any paperwork supplied in the box.
Here are a few links that may assist:-

Good luck.

I should have added that a few years ago we were tempted to take out a service contract with the supplier of the front gates, but didn't think it would be cost effective as everything seemed to function so well. 'Er indoors' was concerned if ever we may be 'locked out'/unable to enter due to some mechanical or electrical fault, so decided (against my advice) on a general service of all the moving parts every other year. It's a local company who specialise in motorised doors etc, not too expensive, and so far have had no problems (but then again, we never did before either.... (women, don't you just love 'em)!
To be honest, if there ever was an electrical problem (apart from the remote control batteries), I'd be surprised if a technician would spend time trouble-shooting the electronic circuit board, but after a cursary examination would no doubt simply replace the board. Which makes me think, it may be difficult to get an electrical circuit diagram for many of these motorised kits.

jvc - found this on a net search: http://techmyhouse.net/electric-gate-and-x10

also search MyHouse gates and you may find another forum (no names, pack-drill) with a 2010 post of a similar issue.

... pull the gate to when you leave .....

Thanks all! I have found a couple of companies and one has forward me a link, but it's in english, and our french is not great enough to translate for our electrician! I have asked them for one in french, so will see what happens. The manual I have does not really appear in the troubleshooting part, but will see!
