to the right of the Karma sign which is found below your forum name on the far l/h side.You then add a note in the message box i.e. "Vote for Tweedpipe" or "Please delete/rectify my user-name" etc, and click Send Report.
I already did this on your behalf, so hopefully it should soon be implemented.
Just for info, be very careful on any forum never to show your e-mail or telephone number, otherwise you will probably be spammed - which is an annoyance.
